Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Clare Snell, Albany Pharmacy

Sophomore • Guard • Frankfort, N.Y.

Snell snapped for a career-high 31 points with nine rebounds, five steals, and four assists in an impressive, 68-61, victory over SUNY Delhi.

Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week

Sarah Sudfeld, King's

Junior • Guard • Modesto, Calif.

Sudfeld put up a 15-point, 17-rebound double-double along with six steals to lead the Lions over Word of Life as they clinched a berth in the HVIAC postseason.

Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Joshua Hardy, Berkeley

Junior • Guard • Clarksburg, Md.

Hardy secures his third Player of the Week award of the year as he torched conference opponents for 25.5 points (60% FG) and 11.5 rebounds per game as the Knights went 2-0 last week in two HVIAC outings. Against Five Towns, the junior poured in 27 points (12-20 FG) with 12 boards, three steals, and two assists.

Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week

Jesse Filho, King's

Junior • Guard • Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Filho is now a three-time Rookie of the Week as he put up 19 points, 6.5 caroms, and 2.5 steals as King's split a pair of HVIAC contests. In a win over Word of Life, the first-year junior dropped 25 points with five rebounds and four takeaways.

Honor Roll

John Ambert, Albany Pharmacy • Men's Basketball

The senior averaged 17.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 7.0 assists leading the Panthers to a 2-1 mark against non-league opponents.

Jordan Bishop, King's • Men's Basketball

The sophomore posted a pair of double-doubles highlighted by 14 points and 15 rebounds in a win over Word of Life.

Christian Castanho, Culinary • Men's Basketball

The sophomore scored 13 points against Berkeley. 

Zachary Dormer, SUNY ESF • Men's Basketball

The junior averaged 19 points on 51 percent shooting as ESF went 2-1 in HVIAC play.

Daquan Jackson, Berkeley • Men's Basketball

The freshman tallied 12.5 points per game and 7.5 rebounds as Berkeley beat two league foes.

Bailey Kaufman, King's • Women's Basketball

The junior had a double-double of 21 points and a whopping 17 steals in a 67-20 win over Word of Life.

Jennifer Lightner, Berkeley • Women's Basketball

The junior averaged 16.5 points in an 0-2 week for the Knights.

Lloyd Middlebrooks, Five Towns • Men's Basketball

The senior notched 20 points and nine dimes in a loss to Berkeley.

Reid Patchett, SUNY ESF • Men's Basketball

The freshman tallied 14 points in a win over King's.

Eric Romero, Five Towns • Men's Basketball

The freshman contributed 13 points to a losing effort against Berkeley.

Daniella Wood, Berkeley • Women's Basketball

The rookie had 13 points and four boards in a loss to Central Penn.
