  • Organized tailgating is only permitted in Lot 2 (S&E parking lot, first lot on the right when entering campus).
  • Tailgating lots open 3 hours prior to game time and close 2 hours after the game.
  • New York State Law mandates that 21 years old is the legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. It is ILLEGAL to serve alcohol to minors.
  • NO alcohol will be served to any Maritime College student, regardless of their age, within the tailgate area. Persons registered to tailgate are responsible to ensure that no alcoholic beverages they bring onto the premises are passed to under aged persons or Maritime students.
  • ABSOLUTELY no alcoholic beverages are to be taken out of the assigned tailgate area. There are no alcoholic beverages allowed inside the gym or the stadium gates. Failure to follow this policy will result in your removal from the premises.
  • Propane and charcoal grills are allowed when used solely for food preparation purposes. Open flame fires, including fire pits, are prohibited.
