The ACPHS men's soccer team was short-handed to begin Tuesday's game against SUNY-Adirondack as
Zach Hecox was forced to sit out the game after receiving a red card against the Culinary Institute of America two days earlier. Less than two minutes into the game, starting defender
Ben Twait received a red card and forced the Panthers to play a man down the entire game. The visitors from SUNY-Adirondack took full advantage and cruised to a 9-0 victory.
Adam Hoye-Simek made a number of outstanding saves against the Timberwolves' potent offensive attack, but ACPHS was unable to hold any kind of possession and the Panthers found themselves on their heels all day long.
With the loss, ACPHS falls to 3-2 on the season as they look to rebound in two conference games (Vaughn College and Sarah Lawrence College) this upcoming weekend.
