Dog Fight Ends in Draw

Queensbury, NY—The Word of Life Huskies traveled down to SUNY Adirondack to face the Timberwolves Wednesday evening. The Huskies got off to a quick start with a goal from Alivia Jones (#10) off a pass from Isabella Tanis (#19) in the 6^th minute. The Timberwolves didn't take very long as they leveled the game 1 minute and 16 seconds later (8^th Minute). The T-Wolves later in the 1^st half would take the lead on a goal that snuck in at the 33^rd minute. In the 2^nd half and in the 71^st minute, Aliva Jones scored the game tying goal with her 7^th goal of the season to make it 2-2.

After the 2-2 draw, the Huskies move to 2-2-1 on the season and face HVIAC rival Five Towns College Sound on Saturday afternoon at 12:00 pm at the Huskies Soccer Complex.
