Despite receiving over 20 points from both Casey Redfern and Peter Aiken, the ACPHS men's basketball team lost to Davis College by a score of 75-69 on Friday evening in Binghamton. With the loss, the Panthers drop to 3-8 on the season as they head into the beginning of conference play this weekend.

In the first half, the Panthers struggled to keep the game close, but thanks to Redfern, who scored a game-high 27 points, ACPHS was able to pull to within two points, 37-35 at halftime. Redfern connected on three three-point baskets in the game as he continued his recent strong shooting from the outisde for ACPHS.

The second half saw a back and forth battle as Aiken started to take over inside the paint for ACPHS, scoring 21 points while Joe Britt pulled down eight rebounds to lead the team. Down just three points with under a minute to play, the Panthers were unable to make a stop on defense to give themselves a chance to even the score.
