CAMDEN, N.J.—Sarah Lawrence College women's soccer was toppled by Rutgers University-Camden, 8-0, in a non-conference game at Rutgers-Camden Community Park on Saturday.
Rutgers-Camden (4-8-1) jumped out to an early lead on goals by Dawn Dixon and Mandi Noll in the first six minutes. In the 13th minute, Lindsay Russo got on the scoresheet, while Noll scored again 34 seconds later.
Leading 4-0, the Scarlet Raptors added another score off the foot of Tori Gerstenacker in the 18th minute, while Catherine Fiore and Camille Graham also tallied first-half goals.
Sarah Lawrence (1-9) limited the damage in the second half, as Kelsey Tierney was RUC's only scorer, netting a shot off the left post in the 68th minute. Gerstenacker notched a team-high three assists in the contest.

Sarah Lawrence returns to action on Monday at 4:45 p.m., when the team travels to face Medgar Evers College in a Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference game.
