Casey Redfern (Binghamton, NY, Chenango Forks) scored a career-high 29 points as the ACPHS men's basketball team defeated Berkeley College (NJ) by a score of 78-69 on Sunday afternoon in the consolation game of the New Hampshire Technical Institute Invitational in Concord, N.H.
In an evenly played game, Redfern was the difference as Berkeley was unable to find anyone to contain the sophomore forward who also pulled down eight rebounds.
Joe Britt (Lyons, NY, Lyons) came off the bench to score a season-high 13 points while
Peter Aiken (Pottersville, NY, North Warren) also scored in double-figures with 10 points.
John Tremblay (Schenectady, NY, La Salle Institute) had a solid overall game for ACPHS with eight points and six assists.
The Panthers have an extended break for Thanksgiving and return to action on Thursday, December 1st as they travel to Bard College.
