UNIONTOWN, Pa. — The Berkeley College men's basketball team and Davis College women's basketball team will begin their national championship runs on Thursday at the 2018 United States Collegiate Athletic Association Division II Basketball National Championships.
Led by USCAA Player of the Year Michael Taylor and All-Americans Johnnie Green and Ricardo Ayuso, Berkeley enters as the tournament No. 1 seed and seeks their fourth straight national title beginning play with a quarterfinal matchup against the No. 9 seed Vermont Tech at 5:30 p.m.
Second-Team All-American Brooke Lewandowski and All-American honorable mention Jamie Brown lead Davis College in their first nationals appearance earning the No. 7 seed and face second-seeded Johnson and Wales at 4 p.m.
