NEW YORK – Four teams will descend upon the Max Stern Athletic Center on the campus of Yeshiva University to contend for the 2015 Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) Men's Volleyball Championship Wednesday, April 15th.
The first semifinal sees tournament host and top-seeded Yeshiva University – looking to win their third straight title – against No. 4 Webb Institute.
The other semifinal match sees a showdown of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn rivals as league newcomer No. 2 Pratt Institute squares off against No. 3 St. Joseph's College.
In both semifinal pairings, the teams split the regular season series at 1-1.
Semifinal action starts at 6 p.m. with the winners advancing to meet in the championship game with first serve at approximately 8 p.m.
Six-time regular season champions Yeshiva University seeks their fourth tournament title while St. Joseph's, Webb and Pratt look to claim their first tournament championship.
