Patterson earns Rookie of the Week honors for the third straight week with an active week on the glass, pulling down 14.0 rebounds per game -- including 7.0 on the offensive end -- and chipping in 4.0 points and 2.0 steals during a pair of HVIAC wins over New Rochelle and Albany Pharmacy, vaulting the Knights to the top of the league standings.
