Patterson receives back-to-back Rookie of the Week honors helping the Knights capture the NHTI Holiday Inn New Years Tournament. In the championship game vs. Massasoit CC, Patterson scored 17 points and snatched 15 rebounds, both game highs, leading the Knights to the title.
