Women's Volleyball Player of the Week - September 16, 2014

Fabiola Padilla Rios, New Rochelle

Freshman • Outside Hitter • San Juan, PR/University Gardens HS

Padilla Rios helped lead the Blue Angels to a 4-0 week as CNR improved it's win streak to eight. On the week, the rookie hit at a .360 clip, slamming home a team-high 46 kills (3.83 kills/set). She showcased her defensive abilities as well, averaging a team-leading 3.42 digs per set. The outside hitter posted double-doubles against John Jay College and The King’s College.
