Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week - September 8, 2015

In her first collegiate race, Phelps managed a top ten finish in a field dominated by SUNYAC conference powers. The freshman finished ninth overall at the SUNY Polytechnic Invitational with a 5K time of 20:47, helping to propel the Lady Panthers to a fifth place overall finish.
