Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Kemarlie Mclean, Vaughn

Sophomore • Guard • Brooklyn, N.Y.

Mclean scored 58 points over a two-game span for the Warriors. The sophomore guard poured in a game-high 34 points in a tough loss to ASA (Manhattan). He rebounded with a 24 point, five rebound game in a victory over conference opponent Culinary Institute helping the Warriors to a 1-1 week.

Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week

Michael Reed, Vaughn

Freshman • Forward • Freeport, N.Y.

Reed averaged a double-double on the week with 16.5 ppg and 11.5 rpg highlighted by a career night in a league win over Culinary with 19 points and 16 boards.

Honor Roll

Deylon Bovell, Berkeley • Men's Basketball

The junior guard averaged 14 points on 44.4 percent shooting as well as 4.5 rebounds per game in a 1-1 week for the Knights. 

Christian Castanho, Culinary • Men's Basketball

The rookie put up 14 points, four rebounds, four assists, and two steals in the Steels' lone outing of the week.

Christopher Coley, Culinary • Men's Basketball

The sophomore posted 24 points on 9-for-17 shooting on top of six rebounds in a tough HVIAC loss to Vaughn.
