Huskies dominate Saints

Pottersville, NY – The Word of Life Huskies came off of Saturday's 8-0 victory with more of the same on Wednesday evening. They welcomed the North Country Community College Saints who have started the season 0-4 to begin the 2023 season. It did not take long for the Huskies to get on the scoreboard as George Rohrbaugh netted one in the 12^th minute. The Huskies added another one with Calem Mason taking a free kick with a stunning strike past the goalkeeper in the 26^th minute to make it 2-0. The Huskies would add 3 more goals to bring the lead to 5 with a hat trick from Joseph Mathews (36', 56', & 68') with Alexi Marshall assisting on the last 2 goals on the night. With the 5-0 win, the Huskies are now 2-0 on the season and are off to a fantastic start to the season.

The next Huskies soccer game is Saturday, September 16 at 3 p.m. at SUNY ESF on Tully Field.
