BRONXVILLE, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College men's volleyball fell to non-conference opponent Albertus Magnus College, 3-0, at Noyes Court at Campbell Sports Center on Tuesday.
Albertus Magnus (4-0) jumped out to an 11-3 opening lead thanks to five early kills by
Chase Brinton (Bethany, Conn., Amity Regional). Brinton posted another five kills in the second set and four in the third to lead all players with 14 spikes on the day. The Falcons went on to win the first set, 25-13.
The second set again went the way of the visitors as Sarah Lawrence (0-5) was held to just one kill in the frame. Albertus Magnus junior
Douglas DeSousa (Danbury, Conn., Danbury) scored half of his 10 kills in the second set, which the Falcons won 25-8.

Sarah Lawrence returns to its home court on Friday when the Gryphons host HVMAC rival St. Joseph's College Brooklyn at 7 p.m. Sunday's tri-match at Medgar Evers College has been postponed due to a MEC schedule conflict.
