Under the guidance of King's women's volleyball alum and first year coach, Grace Croley, the team notched its 11th victory of the season on Saturday with a 3-0 result against Word of Life. After the four hour van ride to Pottersville, NY which is closer to Montreal than it is to New York City, the team got right to work winning the first set 25-21.

The win was the seventh in a row for the Lady Lions who have won 9 of their last 10 matches to improve to 11-6 for the year. The 11 wins is the most by any King's athletics team since the college moved to New York City. The 2018 men's soccer team finished an impressive 10-5 overall, and in 2013 the women's soccer team wents 10-4.

Volleyball will look to extend their winning ways this Sunday November 3 at 2pm at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn as they take on Five Towns College for the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship, come out and support your Lions!
