Warriors Pick Up Their First Victory On Homecoming Night

Queens, N.Y. -- It was homecoming on Thursday night for the men's basketball team. The Warriors hosted Webb Institute in front of their fans for the first time in over a year. Despite a slow start, the Warriors took care of Webb Institute to pick up their first victory of the season. It was a total team effort. Everyone that was suited in uniform saw time on the court for the Warriors.

Louis Roche (Carteret, NJ) finished with a team high 12 points and eight rebounds. He also had five steals and two assists. Michael Reed (Freeport, NY) put in 11 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Jordan Munez (Brooklyn, NY) chipped in nine points. Fabrizio Dottin (Queens, NY) added eight points and had a pair of blocks. 

The Warriors will be back in action on Sunday, November 21. They will face Kings College at the Hill Center in Brooklyn, NY.
