The Huskies traveled to Five Towns to play the Sound in a conference match. The Sound got off to a quick start with a goal in just under three minutes. In the thirty-fifth minute of the game, the Sound added another goal and took a 2-0 lead into halftime. The Sound score two more insurance goals with goals in the sixty-ninth and the seventy-fourth minute to take a 4-0 win over Word of Life Bible Institute.
