The Lady Lions faced a tough opponent on September 15th when the reigning conference champions from SUNY ESF travelled to the city. The "Oaks" were able to keep control of the game as they moved the ball around quickly and created many chances.
For SUNY ESF, freshman Abby Thomas stood out as she was able to capture a hat trick. King's goalkeeper Bailey Kaufman was outstanding in goal saving 8 shots.
NEXT UP: The Lady Lions will play Five Towns on Saturday, September 28th as they are aiming for their first win of the season.
