Ellis was a dominant force for The College of New Rochelle last week to earn her league-leading sixth Player of the Week honor this season. The senior recorded three double-doubles while averaging 17.7 points, 19.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.7 steals and 1.0 blocks over three games, including two critical conference wins that kept the Blue Angels tied atop the conference standings. In a senior night win over Yeshiva, the forward tallied 21 points, 18 rebounds, four assists and three steals. Against Berkeley College, Ellis recorded her 16th double-double of the season, scoring 19 points while recording her fourth 20-plus rebound game of the season, pulling down 24 caroms while adding three assists and two steals.
