Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Emma Webster, Albany Pharmacy

Senior • Guard • Cadyville, N.Y.

Webster garners her second Player of the Week award of 2019-20 as she led the Panthers to victory over Bunker Hill C.C. with 15 points, six boards, four helpers, and a pair of steals.

Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Logan Ameele, SUNY ESF

Sophomore • Guard • Palmyra, N.Y.

Ameele averaged 18 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.0 block per game while shooting 64.7 percent from the field and 40 percent from behind the arc in a pair of games for the Oaks. Against HVIAC opponent Five Towns, the sophomore posted 21 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and two steals.

Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week

Jaelin Wright, Culinary

Freshman • Guard • Newport News, Va.

Wright picks up his second-straight and fourth overall Rookie of the Week award after leading the Steels to an HVIAC win over Word of Life with 22 points (8-15 FG, 3-4 3FG), seven steals, six assists, and five boards.

Honor Roll

Nate Beltran, Albany Pharmacy • Men's Basketball

The senior scored his 1,000th point against SUNY Orange and dropped 15 in a loss to Pratt.

Isaiah Blakey, Culinary • Men's Basketball

The freshman had 9 points and 16 boards in a conference win over Word of Life.

Daquan Jackson, Berkeley • Men's Basketball

The rookie standout averaged 22 points on red-hot shooting (64 percent FG, 75 percent 3FG) across two non-league wins for the Knights.

Kyree Sawyer, Five Towns • Men's Basketball

The junior put in 27 points with eight rebounds to lead the Sound over ESF in a tightly contested matchup.
