Cooper Union
In the third straight meeting between Cooper Union and Yeshiva for the HVMAC championship, the Hawks successfully defended their title and upset the regular season champions who entered the title game undefeated in conference play this season.
The rubber match was highly contested, with Cooper Union taking an opening set that required extra points, 26-24. The Hawks went on to take the second set convincingly 25-13, before the momentum swung in Yeshiva's favor, the Maccabees winning the third set 25-18. But the Macs couldn't hold off the Hawks in the fourth set, Cooper Union combining for 18 kills to clinch the title.

Andrew Tam led the Hawks to their second straight title recording a tournament-leading 22 kills with a .360 hitting percentage. Tam committed only four attack errors for the tournament and also had four solo blocks.
