Men's Cross Country Player of the Week - September 17, 2012

Jaster ran a personal best at the LIU Post Invitational, cutting 1:41 off his 8K time from last week, finishing in 32:50 to pace the Gryphons. Jaster ran a smart race on a demanding course with a large field of fast competition, which featured teams from all three divisions.
