Patterson earns Rookie of the Week honors for the fourth time this season averaging 5.7 points and 10.3 rebounds over a 2-1 week for the Knights. The junior forward recorded a pair of games with double-digit boards, grabbing 13 caroms against Briarcliffe and NHTI.
