Women's Swimming Rookie of the Week - November 12, 2013

Risica won all three of her races to lead the Gryphons to wins over SUNY Cobleskill and Mout Saint Vincent on Saturday. The rookie helped the SLC 200 medley relay to set a new school record in a winning time of 2:07.13. In the 50 free, Risica edged two opponents to claim victory, and the sprinter also won the 100 free, taking the race by a comfortable 1.4 second margin.
