Jakubowska compiled a 3-1 mark overall as Pratt opened their season with a two-match week. At No. 1 singles, the reigning HVIAC Player of the Year gutted out two three-set victories over tough opposition from Baruch and Scranton. Jakubowska also helped secure a 9-7 victory at No. 1 doubles over Scranton.
