NEW ROCHELLE, NY -  It was raining three pointers for the College of New Rochelle Women's Basketball team on Wednesday night in Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference action against Davis College in the Wellness Center.  Freshmen Dar'Neisha Brice (Lexington Park, MD) and sophomore Aaliyah Fields (Hollywood, MD) combined for 11 threes on the night - including seven in the 2nd half to blow open a tight game and win 74-64.

Brice finished the night with 36 and Fields added 18 to lead CNR.  Junior Caitlin Harrison (Bronx, NY) finished the night with 17 boards and a one point shy of a double-double with nine.

CNR's defense stifled Davis in the 2nd half.  The only player with success was leading scorer Brooke Lewandowski who cashed in 11 of her 19 in the 3rd period.

CNR improves to 9-5 while Davis falls to 9-11.

The Blue Angels are back in action with a crucial HVIAC matchup vs. Albany Pharmacy at the Wellness Center Friday night.
