QUEENS -- Pratt earned its first win of 2014 with a 9-0 win over host Vaughn College Thursday night at the USTA National Tennis Center in Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Confernece men's tennis play.
The defending HVIAC champs captured all three double contests before sweeping five singles points. Rod Yarritu, John Imamoglu, Andrew Barkett, Fan Mo and Moritz Petre all recorded 10-0 wins in first, second, third, fifth and sixth singles, respectively. Keshav Ramaswami, meanwhile, won by default in No. 4 singles.
After having Friday's match at Sarah Lawrence postponed, Pratt (1-2, 1-0 HVIAC) returns to play in HVIAC play at the Culinary Institute of America.
