NEW YORK – Regular season champion Pratt Institute will lead six teams competing for the 2014 Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's tennis championship on Saturday, May 3rd at the USTA Billy Jean King National Tennis Center.
Looking to upend the Cannoneers are Culinary and Sarah Lawrence – who finished in a tie for tournament runner up honors last season – with St. Joseph's, Webb and Vaughn rounding out the tournament field.
Pratt will look to defend their 2013 title where they won seven of the nine flight championships. The Cannoneers will also look to sweep the men's and women's tennis titles having captured the ladies title last October.
The tournament will begin with the doubles competition starting at 9 am.
