Women's Basketball: Davis 69, Pratt 34

BROOKLYN – The Cannoneers of Pratt Institute dropped their Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest to the Falcons of Davis College, 69-34, on Friday evening at the ARC. The loss moves Pratt to 6-12 (1-3 HVIAC), while Davis improves to 12-9 (3-1 HVIAC).

For the game, Pratt struggled shooting the ball, connecting on just 24.6-percent (15-61) of their attempts from the field and just 1-of-8 from the free throw line. Davis, however, was able to hit 27-75 (36 percent) of their shots, including nine 3-pointers.

Amissa Epperson's 10th double-double of the season – 10 points and 15 rebounds – led the Cannoneers offensively.

The Falcons had a trio of players score in double figures, highlighted by Jamie Brown's game-high 24 points.

UP NEXT – The Cannoneers continue their HVIAC conference home stand when they welcome the Panthers of Albany Pharmacy to the ARC on Saturday, February 2. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00pm.
