Men's Basketball: Vaughn 75, Culinary 33

The Vaughn College Warriors men's basketball team defeated Culinary Institute 75-33 on Saturday, December 17. This was the Warriors first Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) match-up of the season. The Warriors have now won three games in a row. 

For the second time this season, the men's basketball team had four players score in double-figures in the same contest. Donald Tompson (Yonkers, NY) recorded his first double-double of the season. He finished with a game high 15 points and and game high 11 rebounds. John Jimenez (Yonkers, NY) scored a season high 11 points and pulled down 8 rebounds. Lamink Barr (Yonkers, NY) and Dillon Dieng (Bronx, NY) contributed 13 points and 10 points a piece. 

The win improves the Warriors record to 4-3 overall and 1-0 in the HVIAC. The men's basketball team will travel to Penn State University Worthington Scranton on Tuesday, December 20.
