Senior James Brooks had 17 points and 9 rebounds and sophomore Trivette Knowles posted another double double with 14 points and 20 rebounds as the duo led The King's College men's basketball team to an exciting 51-39 victory over the Culinary Institute of America.
This marked the last of eight Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference games as King's improved their record in the HVIAC to 2-6.
Senior Caleb Trouwburst continued his fine play with 7 points and 11 rebounds as well as 2 steals. Senior Michael Sheetz chipped in with 6 points and 9 rebounds. Freshman Justin Cox had 4 points and 5 rebounds while dishing out 8 assists. Sophomore Onassis Puente added 3 points off the bench.
NEXT UP: TKC will take on Touro College on 2/12 at Baruch College at 9:30AM.
